Peter Johnson
Owner / Painter
Painting runs in Peter’s blood. As a third-generation painter, he began his apprenticeship more than 20 years ago in his father’s business, learning not just the trade but the values of hard work and integrity. With his father’s blessing, Peter took that experience and passion to start 3RD Generation Painting alongside his wife, Cassandra. Today, he continues the family tradition, delivering quality workmanship with care in every project.
Cassandra Johnson
Owner / Administrator
Cassandra is the heart of the business side of 3RD Generation Painting. Working closely with Peter since day one, she keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, from administration to customer care. With over a decade of experience managing the company, Cassandra ensures every client enjoys a professional and stress-free experience from start to finish.
Shane
Senior Painter
Shane has been part of the Johnson family legacy for more than 25 years. Having worked with Peter’s father, Ian, before joining 3RD Generation Painting, he brings over 30 years of painting experience and deep industry respect. Known for his attention to detail and steady craftsmanship, Shane continues to uphold the high standards the company is built on.
Ben
Trade Painter
Ben began his journey with 3RD Generation Painting as an apprentice and has grown into a skilled, trade-qualified painter. His enthusiasm, reliability, and commitment to quality make him a valued part of the team, and a great example of the company’s dedication to nurturing new talent.
Alex
Apprentice Painter
The next generation has arrived! Alex is proud to follow in the footsteps of his father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Currently completing his painting apprenticeship, he’s eager to learn every aspect of the family business and carry on the proud Johnson legacy for years to come.
Rachel
Administrator
With 17 years of experience in paint retail, from house and industrial coatings to automotive finishes, Rachel brings a wealth of knowledge to the 3RD Generation Painting team. In her administrative role, she combines her industry insight with a friendly, organised approach to support both the team and their clients.
